LTE Services Would Observe a Great Momentum In Years To Come

Today, major telecom giants believe that profitability from data subscription would add to the industry’s growth. The expectations among telecommunication operators flared as commercialization of LTE services gained momentum on 1,800 MHz frequency band. Furthermore, the commercialization of LTE or 4G services offers a good internet speed over those currently on 900 MHz the LTE service market worldwide is valued at nearly US$500 by 2018 from a surprising US$78 Billion in the year.  At present, popular telecom operators are seen boasting of paramount practices for the aforesaid services post executions and monetisation.

On July 13, 2015 "Jakarta Post" reported that GSM operation including PT Indosat, Telkomsel and PT XL Axiata had finally launched their commercialized LTE services in many cities. Likewise, by launching services on 1,800 Mhz frequency band, the LTE services is ready to offer Indonesia’s telecommunication sector a new outlook. Similarly, the service is ready to fulfil the expectations of the speed offered by 4G that is about 100 Mbps. Besides this to help customers get better signal for surfing the internet AT&T has expanded its LTE services in the New Kent. Apart from business expansion and launches, the post –LTE services by popular brands have made several heads turn.

During a press conference held on June 29, 2015 at Yongsan, Lee sang-chul, vice president at LG laid stressed on the “me –centric” approach. Lee revealed that the approach would be a smarter alternative to market high –quality solutions in 5G period following the LTE or 4G era. Microsoft may have been assuring an LTE  version for its high on demand “ Surface 3 “ tabs for over months now , but PC world cleared all doubts by revealing that the company is starting to make it available.  Moreover, with the LTE networks launching worldwide, the demand for economical smartphones that are compatible with the network has soared. Research Beam has added a report titled “LTE Business Suite 2014-2018.” According to the report the subscriber base of LTE would see a CAGR of 46 percent during the forecast period of 2013 to 2018.
